All information, including your digital pictures you send us, is printed, filed in your personal physical file, and then deleted from our computer.

Answers To Frequently Asked Questions
1. Your mastectomy clothes are cut and sewn in Manitoba, Canada according to the options you chose when you placed your order. If for any reason your choices are not available, we will notify you before we cut and sew your garment.
2. Your measurements and options are kept on file (and not shared with any 3rd party) so it’s even easier to order the second time.

3. Every mastectomy garment is custom made to order and is ready in just 4-8 weeks from the time we receive your order. The time frame for when you get your garment will vary somewhat, dependent on the shipping you choose and how fast your garment will go through the customs of your country. Products such as the books and comfort blankets and pillows we try to ship out within 24-36 hours, except on the weekends when there is no postal service.
4. Most of our products are shipped small packet air, unless if you specifiy otherwise in an email to us. Small packet air rate shipping takes 7-10 business days to arrive in Canada and the US. The shipping rate for the gift pack is $17.00 and the pillows are $10.00, angel/cherub pins and magnets are $3.00.
5. All prices for our products are listed in US dollars. If you'd like to see the conversion rate to your country's currency click this link. In Manitoba, the government will not assist with the finances of purchasing any other mastectomy garment than an actual formal mastectomy bra. Check with your local governing authorities to see what their ruling is about this matter.

Our Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our aim and desire. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or fit of your purchase simply tell us what the problem is. We will either ask you to return the product for correction (limited to one time correction) at our expense, send you a new garment at our expense if correcting the garment is not an option, or refund you your money.
