1. Your mastectomy clothes are cut and sewn in Manitoba, Canada using the fabric and color you choose. If for any reason your choices are not available, we will notify you before we cut and sew your garment.
2. Your measurements and options are kept on file (and not shared with any 3rd party) so it’s even easier to order the second time.

3. Every mastectomy garment is custom made to order and is ready in just 4-8 weeks from the time we receive your order. The time frame for when you get your garment will vary somewhat, dependent on the shipping you choose and how fast your garment will go through the customs of your country. Products such as the books and comfort blankets and pillows we
try to ship out within 24-36 hours, except on the weekends when there is no postal service.
4. All products are shipped by parcel post, unless if you specifiy otherwise in an email to us. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $12.00 per order (retail orders only), not per item ordered. So the more you purchase at one time, the cheaper the shipping is for you.
5. All prices for our products are listed in US dollars. If you'd like to see the conversion rate to your country's currency, click this link. In Manitoba, the government will not assist with the finances of purchasing any other mastectomy garment than an actual formal mastectomy

6. When you make a purchase in our online store you pay by credit card through a Yahoo E-commerce secure site. (We never see your credit card information; PayPal just notifies us when your payment has been successfully completed.)
