JSAW mastectomy sports bras,, custom made in the comfortable slip-on or front-fastening style, provide some support without binding for after a lumpectomy and mastectomy for breast cancer, and during chemotherapy treatments and radiation therapy.

 

- The SPORTS BRA, with a mastectomy prosthesis pocket (or no pocket for a post lumpectomy need), is cozy and soft for when you want and need a fabric  "hug and snuggly".

- The 100% preshrunk cotton keeps you warm in winter time, yet cool in summer because it breathes. The 100% polyester sports mesh lining (the kind used for sports shorts) gives support to the cotton without taking away from its breathability.

  
It is available with:

 

- a front opening with hook and eye closures, with extra extension of one row of hook and eyes for those times when you want the fit of the mastectomy bra to be less snug, like right after breast cancer surgery with all the bandages

- the hook and eye closures make it easy to use right after breast cancer surgery when your arm/shoulder is sore, or you find it difficult closing a bra in the back

- slip on style is a nice handy less formal mastectomy bra for relaxing or as a bare midriff summer top
   

- the breast form pocket is flat against the chest with no extra fabric because of a dart, and is placed only on the side needed, giving you a smooth, wrinkle free pocket back against the chest wall (no pocket for lumpectomy needs)

- the flat pocket back holds the breast prosthesis close to the rib cage distributing the weight of the form more evenly, and provides more support for the breast form
   

- a handy reference mark on the inside of the pocket helps you attach the J.S.A.W. Designs leisure light breast form at the height and placement to match your remaining breast, keeping the breast form securely in place (this mark is not included in the lumpectomy products).

- only latex free elastic is used
