The bra shaped leisure light mastectomy breast form fits nicely into the cup of a mastectomy bra.

Our leisure light breast forms are great for casual wear, lounging, relaxing, resting, and sleeping,

    * right after a mastectomy for breast cancer AND/OR
    * each celebrated year after the mastectomy

- The breast form is available in bra style to fit inside a bra, and 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch drop of the nipple/apex area for the leisure look of a breast not inside a bra.

- The firmness of the breast form is like a padded bra with fiberfill inside, or a breast form with just fiberfill inside. - Each breast form has a tricot nylon* covering (like the fabric undergarment slips are very often made of), have a back opening and are filled with non allergic polyester fiberfill. They are washable. Dry in the clothes dryer on med low, and fluff when dry.

* The tricot fabric allows outer garments to nicely slide over the breast forms.

The nylon tricot covering can also be used to go over your regular breast form or breast prosthesis. Just remove the polyester fiberfill inside and put your own prosthesis inside.

Hook and loop tape at the back of the form keeps the breast form securely in place inside the mastectomy pocket of a JSAW Mastectomy Designs garment or other garment with hook and loop tape inside the pocket, both when the garment is worn and when not worn.  This way the light breast forms cannot slip out of place.

This also makes it handy to quickly slip into a garment without having to bother with first inserting a breast form into the breast form pocket.  A real nice treat for ladies who need some assistance with getting dressed.

To make the light breast forms "heavy", try putting a bag of small decorative stone or marbles into the breast form. The opening at the back of the form gives you the option to add extra fullness, take out extra fullness, or add weight to the leisure light breast forms.  As a word of caution - this "weighted breast form" should not replace the breast form you get from a certified mastectomy fitter.
